Air frying the cheese: All steps

1.     Making a thick paste!

Firstly, you must make a creamy thick paste to make a perfect cheese. Here, we have to make the proper material. All the spice and sweet flavors are embedded in this paste. Later, this cheese mixture is air-fried.

There is no use of oil in this whole recipe. Due to this, your hands stay clean while making this dish. So firstly, you have to take a large pot. Then, pour raw milk into the bowl. Secondly, add all the starting cultures in a sequence. After that, take mold powder and shred the mixture.

Further, use powdered rennet and cheese salt in bowl. Then, add all the supplements according to the given measures. Next, take ½ cup of dry milk. Dip the herbs and spices in it. Lastly, sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence to improve the flavor of cheese.

Now, blend the mixture with a beater or any mixing spoon. But we prefer the use of a beater due to its efficient working. The electrical beater blends the whole mixture very well. And generate a soft, buttery cheese paste.

2.     Heating the raw milk in an air fryer:

Switch on the air fryer and warm it at 400°F/244°C for at least 3 minutes. Then, add the raw milk to a small pan. Please place it in the air fryer basket. Now, heat the milk at 20°F for 1 minute only. This milk is later used in coming steps.

3.     Making pieces of curds:

This step is both mandatory and easy. All you have to do is take a knife. And cut all curd into squares. But keep in mind that they have to be cut in a 3×3 pattern. That the pieces are neither too big nor too small. These pieces are later cooked in an air fryer.

4.     Air frying the curds:

It is the actual step. And here, your air fryer will be preheated, so you don’t have to. Take out the air fryer basket. And start placing the curd cubes in it. Arrange all cubes from right to left. Set the temperature of air fryer to 345°F/173°C. And also give the time of 5 minutes.

As the presence of powdered rennet in curds takes a limited time to air fry. It also retains the shapes of cheese. So, 5 minutes are enough to cook the cheese. Also, use the thermometer to measure the melting temperature of curds.

Now, take out the curds from the air fryer. You can easily see the change in texture and taste in the dish. Your air-fried cheese is finally ready. Enjoy it for an unlimited time!
