Duronic has manufactured jet fryers and low-fat fryers for many years. In 2014, we published our first review of them. Models haven’t altered all that much since then. This, in our opinion, is evidence of the great quality of products and the high ratings they have received from Amazon customers.

What is the Duronic AF1 / B Oil-Free Air Fryer Multicooker Output?
This oil-free jet fryer has a comprehensive cookbook, so we thought we’d see how well it worked by making our way through it. It’s worth noting that the book’s accompanying instructions were especially beneficial. When we were out of time, other than that, we observed that the ‘enclosed’ unit meant little cooking odour in the air. This is a welcome addition to the low-fat fryer and halogen oven market.
Even so, many individuals buy low-fryers and halogen ovens as a supplement to their primary ovens and other appliances. Some folks with little space are searching for primary cooking gear. An extensive range may be unnecessary for students, those who live alone, or those trying to save money on their utility expenses. So, we made an attempt to provide as many options as possible. For our taste testing, we chose to prepare chips, chicken legs, and chocolate muffins.
Test Your Chips
We refer to the “chips test” as something we do in all of our assessments of low-fat fryers and halogen ovens. In the United States, you could call them “fries.” We’re sorry if that offends our American friends. We usually utilize a 1kg bag of frozen chips for our reviews. This will feed a family of four for a week. Because they are pre-coated in oil, frozen chips may be used to compare the outcomes of different low-fat fryers because they have a consistent size and shape. As long as you experiment with the thickness to get them just right, hand-cut chips are as good as those made with a machine. In the event that you’re unsure, go to the instructions.
Once the fryer had preheated, we poured 1 kg of the frozen chips into it. It’s a matter of seconds from cool to scorching. You have no way of knowing what’s going on inside without a viewer. So, after 10 minutes, we opened the drawer to take a look and shake them. This is a need in the absence of rotating paddles. As the chips began to change colour after 10 minutes, we closed the draw and waited for the timer to sound an alarm, indicating the end of the show’s runtime.
Our chip test yielded outstanding findings. Crispy on the exterior, soft and fluffy on the inside, is what we’re looking for in our chips. This was a pleasant surprise. They were the best we’ve ever had as far as chip testing goes.
Cooking some chicken legs was our next choice. We first sprayed them with a coating and then fried them. After another shake, they were ready 15 minutes later. Unbelievable. The Duronic AF1 Fryer’s intense heat not only cooked the chicken but also gave it an excellent golden colour. Intensely flavorful despite its crunch on the surface. This was a pretty stunning display of craftsmanship.
Next up, we had a little bit of a surprise on our hands. The idea of making muffins was born. We had our reservations, but it appears to be achievable. We made a batch of chocolate muffins using Betty Crocker’s recipe (we like Betty Crocker). We followed the directions and got them going on the stove. Although the outside was a little overdone, the final product wasn’t horrible, and the inside was a little underdone. Because of this, you may have to experiment to get the temperature just right. However, it’s a commendable attempt.
Cleaning is a topic on which there isn’t much to say. The drawer and basket may be cleaned by rinsing with soapy water and reassembling. There is a way to clean the insides of the device. Nothing could be simpler.

Customers like the high capacity of the basket, the short cooking time, and the results that are evenly cooked.
Inaccurately, one of the reviewers said that the length of the power chord was just 30 centimetres. All you have to do is give the power cable a gentle pull. That’s all there is to it. and the extra cable will be freed from the device. You can draw it out to a length of around one meter, which we found to be more than enough on the test worktops that we used.

Q. Should I Invest in the AF1/B Healthy Oil-Free Jet Fryer Multicooker?
If you’re looking for a multicooker, the Duronic Af1 is a great choice. It features a powerful 1.2 kW heating element and an automatic temperature control system, allowing you to cook your favorite dishes easily. In addition to this, it has a unique water-bath feature that ensures food cooks evenly and thoroughly.
Q. Is AF1/B a Healthy Oil-Free Jet Fryer Multicooker Compared to Other Products?
Compared to comparable products on the market, we found that this multi-cooker has many advantages over others, such as Tefal ActiFry Genius+ or TEFAL ACTIFRY ORIGINAL PLUS. For example, it comes with two baskets instead of one and can hold twice as much food! This means that you can prepare two meals at once without waiting around for them to finish cooking – just switch between the two settings (air fry and deep fry) when necessary! Another pros of this model are its ability to cook vegetables without using oil – something that most other models cannot do effectively because they lack an air fry function like this one does!
We believe that the Duronic AF1/B Healthy Oil-Free Jet Fryer Multicooker truly lives up to its name and performs just as well as any other low-fat fryer. It is an oil-free fryer that can also be used as a multicooker. It can’t compete with giant halogen ovens with 12 to 17 liters, but it easily beats halogen ovens in frying and making chips.
